Barre Finesse
The BARRE FINESSE experience is a highly effective program delivering results to improve one’s overall health and wellness. A combination of techniques and disciplines inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates are used to create a unique total body workout. Each movement performed has a distinct purpose, which in return creates a definitive path to a defined you.
The program incorporates a repertoire involving isometric exercises and includes hand-held weights, stability balls, and resistance bands. All aspects will provide a variety of innovative methods to tone, increase flexibility, build strength, and re-shape the body.

Stretch & Strengthen
Stretching should be incorporated into every workout! The STRETCH & STRENGTHEN experience is designed to decrease muscle stiffness and stress, gain more flexibility, and increase agility. The secret to stretching is learning how to breathe. In essence, you have to relax!
The program incorporates a variety of stretches that allows your muscles to loosen and withstand the impact of any activity you choose to do. The more tension in the body, the harder it will be to get proper range of motion which prevents maximal flexibility.
The results of consistent stretching promote stronger muscles and can lead to further physical growth. With an ongoing commitment, you will improve your overall body performance.
Choreography
The creation of CHOREOGRAPHY is the art of specifications of human movement and form in terms of space, shape, time, energy, and typically within an emotional or non-literal context.

Meditation & Mindful Breathing
Why weren’t we taught this early in life? The MEDITATION & MINDFUL BREATHING experience will bring you peace and tranquility. The idea is to simply focus your attention on your breathing to its natural rhythm and flow, and the way it feels on each inhale and exhale.
Studies show the benefits of this practice can reduce stress, increase alertness, boost your immune system, improve vitality and sleep patterns, reduce depression, increase energy levels and so much more!
Let’s not forget about our children. A number of studies in school settings have shown improved attention and behavior, better performance, and less anxiety from students. Based on research, I have incorporated meditation in my ballet classes and found great results. My students are more focused and have an overall gentle calmness. This in turn has mental, physical, and spiritual benefits.
